Community Involvement

So if you’re the type of person who likes to get involved in their community either through leadership or volunteering, you’ve come to the right place. Here are a few ideas on how you can get started in your local community:

Young Professionals

As the baby boomers slowly retire a new generation is taking over. The Young Professionals (YPers) are 20-40 something like-minded young people who are career minded and community focused. The Young Professionals Network’s mission is to enhance the culture for young professionals in different communities through professional development, entrepreneurship, community service, and social networking. This group is a great way to network with other professionals with the same goals and to enhance their experiences.

What is a Young Professional Network you ask? Each network operates different, and offers different definitions. A Young Professional is a 20-40 years old, any profession, who is interested in networking and socializing, bettering communities they live in, attracting and retaining Young Professionals in North Dakota, influencing others and voicing concerns, and having fun.  So if this sounds like something you want to be a part of, the Young Professionals are interested in having you join.
