Online learning provides access to an education from your home computer. You no longer need to attend traditional classes to get a degree in North Dakota. For nearly two decades, the NDUS has provided undergraduate and graduate distance learning opportunities through the Interactive Video Network (IVN). With the anytime, anywhere expectations of today’s students, the North Dakota University System Online (NDUSO) also offers online courses and programs.

The NDUS delivers certificate, two-year, bachelor and graduate programs through the collaboration of the 11 system colleges and universities of the NDUS with over 120 totally online programs.  These virtual learning opportunities provide students the freedom to choose courses from several campuses while completing just one degree.

The NDUS also utilizes other distance education formats, including two-way video, audio conferencing, satellite down link, off campus face-to-face and correspondence.
